The scientific focus of the Department of Social Sciences and Humanities covers the social, psychological, political, and philosophical issues of the information civilization, alongside innovations in public administration against the backdrop of digital transformation and crisis challenges.
Connection with the Educational Process
The department teaches mandatory and elective courses for higher education students pursuing a second (master’s) degree level under the educational-professional program “Digital Public Administration and Adaptive Management in Times of Crisis.”

As part of the International Youth Forum “Radio Electronics and Youth in the 21st Century,” the department runs the conference “Humanitarian Aspects of Digital Society.” The conference features the following sections:
