1973 – Kharkiv Institute of Radio Electronics, Specialty “Design and Production of Radio Equipment”
From April 1973, he worked at the Scientific Research Technological Institute of Instrumentation, Kharkiv, in engineering and scientific positions.
2005 to 2022, he held the position of deputy director for scientific work.
In 1995, he received an academic degree of Doctor of Engineering Sciences with a specialty of 05.13.08 – Computers, systems and networks, elements and devices of computer technology and control systems.
In 2005, he received the academic title of professor of the department of microelectronics, electronic devices and appliances.
Since November 2022, he is a professor at the Department of Computer-Integrated Technologies, Automation and Mechatronics.
