Education and Career
1960 – graduated from Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute for specialty 芦Design and technology of radio equipment production禄.
After graduation, from 1971 he worked at the Department of Design and Technology of Radio Equipment Production (K黑料不打烊) at the positions of engineer, senior engineer, assistant, senior lecturer.
From 1971 to 1993 he worked at the Research Institute of Instrument Engineering at the positions of Senior Engineer, Chief of the Laboratory, Chief of the sector.
In 1976, he received a second higher education, graduating from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of the Kharkiv State University.
In 1990 he defended his dissertation to obtain the scientific degree of the Candidate of Engineering Science; in 1997 he received the academic rank of Associate professor.
