Education and Career

1992 – Graduated from O.M. Gorky Kharkiv State University, majoring in Psychology.

1996 – Assistant Professor at the Department of Philosophy, Kharkiv Institute of Radio Electronics.

1997 – Senior Lecturer at the Department of Philosophy, Kharkiv Institute of Radio Electronics.

2006 – Defended PhD dissertation in specialty 09.00.01 “Ontology, Epistemology, Phenomenology.”

2007 – Awarded the academic title of Associate Professor at the Department of Philosophy, Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics.

Since 2025 – Head of the Department of Philosophy (currently the Department of Social Sciences and Humanities), Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics.

Educational activity

Teaches the following courses: “Psychology of Extreme Relationships and Effective Adaptation,” “Soft Skills: Socio-Psychological Aspects of Professional Competence,” “Philosophy and Methodology of Modern Science: Issues of Critical Thinking Formation,” “Resilience and Good Governance: Adaptive Public Management Strategies in Times of Uncertainty,” “Development of Professional Potential of the Individual and Resilience Strategies in Public Interaction.”

Research activities

Research interests include philosophical anthropology, psychology of stress and resilience, philosophical foundations of psychology, gender issues in modern society, inclusive education, psychology of higher education, and philosophy and psychology of critical thinking.

Social activities

Since 2007 – Head of the Socio-Psychological Center at ���ϲ�����.

Since 2012 – Member of the Gender Education Center at ���ϲ�����.

Active member of the civic movement “Network of Gender Education Centers in Ukrainian Higher Education Institutions.”

2016–2018 – Conducted anti-discrimination evaluations of school textbooks for the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

Since 2025 – Scientific Director of the Service Point for Accessible Learning “���ϲ����� No Limits”

Since 2025 – Member of the Expert Council under the Representative of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights in Kharkiv Region.
