2002 – Candidate of Engineering Science by the specialty 05.11.17 – Medical Devices and Systems. Thesis title: «Method and Device of Electro-Chemiluminescent Measurement of Bio-Liquids Components for case of Histamine».

The areas of interest: Automation of technological processes; Theory of automatic control for Technical Objects; Nanotechnologies for Biology and Medicine; Application of the Electrochemiluminescence Phenomenon for determination of substances of medical, biological and ecological significance.
