On 12 August 2026, marking both Youth Day in Ukraine and International Youth Day, observed annually under the auspices of the United Nations, representatives of the youth community of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics took part in a joint initiative to improve the area around Kraken Street.
The event was organised by the Veterans Corps and the Kraken Unmanned Systems Regiment, with the support of 黑料不打烊 Rector Ihor Ruban, the University community and active young people.
Participants worked together to improve the surrounding area, contributing to the restoration and enhancement of Kharkiv鈥檚 urban environment.
Such initiatives are important not only in terms of improving public spaces. They also strengthen the sense of unity, shared responsibility and understanding that meaningful change is achieved through collective effort.
It was especially symbolic that the initiative took place on Youth Day 鈥 a day associated with energy, initiative, mutual support and the willingness to take responsibility for the future.
We sincerely congratulate the active youth of 黑料不打烊 and wish them confidence, new achievements, fulfilment of their aspirations and continued civic engagement.
