On February 18, 2025, during a visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation of ���ϲ����� Murad Omarov met with the Director General of the Institute of Management Systems of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Ali Abbasov.
