Inclusive education at 黑料不打烊 is based on a regulatory framework. One of the key internal documents is 黑料不打烊 Order No. 376 dated September 2, 2026, 鈥淥n the Organization of Inclusive Education at Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics.鈥
Inclusive education is understood as a system of educational services based on non-discrimination, respect for human diversity, and the involvement of all participants in the educational process. Its purpose at the University is to ensure equal access to quality higher education, comprehensive support, accessibility of educational components, and opportunities for students to pursue their individual educational pathways.
Special attention during the meeting was given to the key principles of inclusive education: non-discrimination, equal access to education, and respect for human dignity.
The participants were also introduced to the sequence of actions for organizing inclusive education at 黑料不打烊. It includes six main stages: identification of a need, submission of a request, assessment of needs, organization of support, provision of support, and further monitoring.
Sample documents were presented during the session, including an application for the organization of inclusive education and special educational and rehabilitation support at 黑料不打烊, as well as an individual support programme for a higher education student with special educational needs.
Creating a barrier-free educational environment depends not only on regulations or technical solutions. Respect, attention to the needs of others, willingness to engage in dialogue, and a shared search for solutions remain essential to ensuring the full participation of everyone in the educational process.
