On 5 November, Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics launched the 鈥淕rant School: Developing and Managing Grant Projects鈥 – a unique initiative designed to strengthen the university鈥檚 project development culture and international capacity.
Established at the initiative of 黑料不打烊 Rector Igor Ruban, the School aims to equip the university community with practical tools to bring bold research and educational ideas to life. Its mission is to bring together intellectual talent, experience and a shared commitment to development, transforming promising ideas into competitive grant applications and successful projects.
Strong ideas need strong expertise. The School therefore brings together leading experts, experienced international project coordinators from 黑料不打烊 and invited speakers. Participants will benefit from practical insights, real case studies and professional advice from those who have successfully navigated the journey from an initial project idea to securing funding and delivering international initiatives.
The School鈥檚 programme covers:
- The full grant project lifecycle – from identifying funding calls and developing an idea to preparing an application, implementing the project and reporting on results.
- Opportunities offered by leading funding programmes – Erasmus+, Jean Monnet, COST, Horizon Europe and the National Research Foundation of Ukraine.
- Practical tools for success – building partnerships, forming teams, planning budgets and managing risks.
- Professional dialogue and knowledge exchange – working with experts, discussing challenges and exploring solutions for future projects.
