Functions of the Accounting Department:

– maintaining continuous accounting records;

– organizing accounting in accordance with the legislation and constituent documents, and ensuring compliance with the established unified methodological principles of accounting;

– ensuring compliance with document workflow procedures and accounting information processing procedures;

– monitoring compliance with the established requirements for preparing primary accounting documents;

– systematizing information contained in primary documents in accounting registers of synthetic and analytical accounting by means of double-entry bookkeeping on interrelated accounts in the reporting period in which the respective transactions were performed;

– conducting inventories of assets and liabilities to ensure the reliability of accounting data and financial statements, including verification and documentary confirmation of their availability, condition and valuation;

– ensuring the preparation and submission, on the basis of accounting data and within the deadlines established by law, of financial, tax, statistical and other required reports;

– monitoring the timely payment of taxes and fees in the amounts established by law.
